VISA & Invitation Letter

Participants who need Invitation Letter (IL/OIL) for obtaining visa, for entry and stay in the Czech Republic, will check it in their registration form and pay the congress fee not later than November 10, 2023.
Invitation letter (IL) is issued by the organizer (full name, date and place of birth, nationality and passport is a must). If IL is not sufficient and a participant needs Official Invitation Letter (OIL) issued by local Alien Police Department, the price for issuing is 25 EUR. The organizer reserves the right to decide if the IL/OIL is issued or not.

Attention:
A valid medical insurance is a must.
IL/OIL is not possible to issue for countries: Nigeria, Congo, Ghana (or other countries - depends on current local regulations and policy).

What Can I See
